Once you enter South Towne please look for hall 3 and you’ll be directed to our pre-registration booths that will allow quick and easy access to the show.
Nicholas and Company is excited to introduce you to our talented Executive Chef, Vic Vegas. Through his extensive experience and his passion for food, Vic Vegas joins the Nicholas and Company team to provide our customers with the latest trends, recipes, and tips for their culinary success. Chef Vic Vegas will be doing demonstrations throughout the day at the BIG show!

ServSafe Re-Certification Test
Go over the basics about the importance of food safety, hygiene, the flow of food, checking deliveries, product temperature and more – followed by the re-certification test. Cost $50 – please RSVP to George Pezely (firstname.lastname@example.org)
ServSafe will be held at South Towne Expo Center in meeting room 300B beginning at 8 AM on May 17th.
