If you are need of a great place to eat, head down to Blue Lemon. The owners, Aaron and Lychelle Day, describe it as a fast casual restaurant serving healthy, creative, and high quality meals. If you live in the Highland area you may have seen the first location, hatched from the cumulative vision of its owners in 2009. Since then they have expanded to five more locations, with one being out of state in Gilbert, Arizona.
Blue Lemon characterizes its menu as New American. “We have several flavors that complement our menu, including Asian, Southwestern, and Italian. Of course, we have our own signature ‘twist’ on each dish.” Some of these dishes include Steak Tacos, Iron-Seared Salmon, Chicken Tenders, and Sweet Potato Fries. Many might be surprised to know that while Blue Lemon serves traditionally deep fried food, it doesn’t use a deep fryer for any of its menu items. Items like the Chicken Tenders and Sweet Potato Fries are baked to perfection instead.
Blue Lemon also knows how to give a great experience. Their dishes are not only incredible, but are also served within a comfortable and positive atmosphere. “We strive to provide unique flavors and recipes, served in a fast causal setting, so each customer can dine at their own pace.” All of this adds up to one thing: Blue Lemon is not an experience to miss.
