Meat and Seafood Cuttings – BIG Show

The Nicholas and Company BIG Foodshow is only a week away! We are excited for the multitude of activities that will be going on. One set of scheduled events includes Meat and Seafood cuttings. These can be found in the Center of the Plate area, aptly placed in the center of the show. Each day an expert in the field will demonstrate the best way to get the most out of your product. There are multiple cuttings each day, so you won’t miss out. Be sure to stop by the demonstration station at the following times to check out each cutting:

Tuesday, May 19th:

11:15AM              Hormel Breaks Down Half of a Hog

1:15PM                 Fog River Breaks Down a Whole Tuna

2:45PM                 Nicholas Presents a Hind Quarter Beef Cutting

Wednesday, May 20th:

11:15AM              Nicholas Presents a Hind Quarter Beef Cutting

1:00PM                 Fog River Breaks Down a Whole Halibut

2:30PM                 Hormel Breaks Down Half of a Hog
