Ingredients:

4 oz.        082185 Fajita Char-Grilled Strips

1 ea.        Flatbread (par-baked)

1 tsp.        Extra virgin olive oil

3 Tbsp.     Salsa prepared (your choice – hot or mild,
red or green)

1/3 cup     Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese blend (shredded)

¼ cup       Red onion (cut in strips and roasted)

¼ cup       Green bell pepper (cut in strips and roasted)

¼ cup       Red bell pepper (cut in strips and roasted)

¼ cup       Yellow bell pepper (cut in strips and roasted)

¼ cup       Green onion (chopped)

Directions:

  1. Place flatbread down on cutting board surface and brush with olive oil. Next spread on a thin even coat of your favorite salsa.
  2. Layer on half of the shredded cheese and the Fajita strips.
  3. Next, top with the peppers and onions. Finish with the remainder of the cheese.
  4. Cook in a 450 degrees oven until golden brown and serve.
