Brunch 101

Brunch can have many different interpretations. There is “having brunch” with friends where you enjoy a bloody mary and a pastry, and there is also holidays and special occasions where it can mean you are lining up for the royal treatment. Everything from shellfish and smoked seafoods to omelets and carved prime rib will be on display.

Nicholas and Company wants to highlight some of the items needed to support brunch, and more importantly, buffets of all types, for all occasions.

There is great profit to be made with a well-built buffet. To achieve this—breads, pastries, fruit and salads are at the front of the line while the seafood and carved meats are towards the end, with prime rib being the grand finale.
