ServSafe Class Form


ServSafe is a food safety protection course offered by Nicholas and Company and the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation. The ServSafe program is a national level certification course the meets the 8 hours of food safety instruction. You will learn what everyone in the Foodservice Industry needs to know regarding Food Safety! Recommended for full-time managers and supervisors to be certified.

This is an 8-Hour Course including instructions, a test, and an optional book for studying (at an extra cost).

IMPORTANT NOTES: CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED – CHECKS AND CASH ONLY. Nicholas Customers May Direct Bill Their Account. All classes in SLC, UT begin at 9 am.
