6 cup Markon spinach
1 qty Markon avocado
1 qty Red apple, sliced
1 cup Quinoa, cooked
1 qty Lime
2 tbsp Chia seeds
2 tbsp Toasted almonds, chopped
4 tbsp Olive oil
¼ tsp Sea salt
¼ tsp White pepper


In a medium bowl, whisk together lime zest and juice, olive oil, sea salt and white pepper.
Place spinach into a large bowl. Add avocado, quinoa, apple slices, and toasted almonds then toss.

Drizzle with dressing and top with additional almonds and chia seeds then serve.
