4 oz.      Corn Tortilla Chips

4 oz       Low Fat Cheddar cheese, shredded

1C         Black Beans, cooked

1           Ready-Set-Serve Avocado Half, cubed

1/2C      Markon First Crop Tomatoes, chopped

1/2C      Markon First Crop Red and Yellow Bell Peppers, roasted and chopped

1/4C      Corn

1/4C      Queso Fresco, crumbled

1/4C      Ready-Set-Serve Washed & Trimmed Cilantro, chopped


Cover tortilla chips with beans and grated Cheddar; melt cheese under the broiler. Top with avocado, tomato, bell peppers, and corn. Crumble queso fresco over all and garnish with cilantro.
