3 oz.      082185 Fajita Sliced Chicken Breast

1 ea.     Flat-out Flat bread

2 tsp.     Basil pesto Aioli

2 Tbsp.  Roast tomato

1 oz.     Fontina cheese

1/3 cup  Baby spinach

¼ oz.     Capicola ham

Cracked Black pepper & sea salt to taste


  1. Heat chicken per specifications.
  2. Warm Flat bread & brush with aioli, place down the Fontina cheese & spinach.
  3. Top with tomato & Capicola (season w/cracked black pepper & sea salt)
  4. Finish by topping with the heated chicken & fold over flat bread.
