3 cup Radicchio, chopped
1 cup Flageolet Beans, drained
2 qty Figs, sliced
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Sherry vinegar
½ tbsp Olive oil
½ tbsp Walnut oil
Salt and pepper to taste


Create your own dressing by whisking together Dijon mustard, vinegar, and olive oil in a medium bowl; season with salt and pepper.

When ready to serve, toss beans, radicchio, and figs with vinaigrette.
